Santander has launched an improved website for brokers, effective 29 July.

The website has an improved search facility so brokers can find the information they need using industry-recognised terms that may not be consistent across all lenders.

For example, searching ‘rate switch’ will also show results for ‘product transfer’.

In addition, more service levels have been added to the lender’s homepage.

The lender’s affordability calculator will also let broker’s know the maximum amounts available on interest only and repayment for part and part mortgages plus other improvements.

Navigation around the website has also been improved and a register button has been added to the homepage to make the broker registration process easier.
