BM Solutions has introduced a new 80% LTV green mortgage proposition

Lower rates are available on Buy to Let products, to those purchasing a property with an Energy Efficiency Band of A, B, or C, or an Energy Efficiency Rating of 69 or higher.

Green only A-C rating with a max £350k lending  there are  £0/£1,499 fee options and two and five year fixed terms offered.

For instance, the two-year fixed Green 80% LTV with no fee offers a rate of 6.09%;  and 5.61% when a fee of £1,499 is applied.

With the five year fixed Green 80% LTV is 5.41% with no fee; and 5.20% with a £1,499 fee attached.
